So having a reliable accurate, high quality and cost optimized furnaces for heat treatment is something we offer, and our furnaces indirectly provide better product with less rejected parts and more optimized prices.

We have extensive experience in producing furnaces for heat treatment of aluminum, and especially in heat treatment of crucial automotive parts (housings of turbo, motor and suspension parts).

Standard hardness realized in our furnaces:

AlSi7Mg0,3;        T6 heat treatment  (normally achieved hardness >80 HB).
AlSi10Mg(Cu);   T5 heat treatment but artificially aged (normally achieved hardness > 65 HB).
AlSi5Cu1Mg;      T6 heat treatment (normally achieved hardness > 110 HB).
AlSi7/8Cu3Mg;   T5 heat treatment (normally achieved hardness > 75 HB).
AlCu5Ni1,5Co;   T6 heat treatment (normally achieved hardness > 90 HB).
AlSi5Cu3Mn0,4; T6 heat treatment (normally achieved hardness > 75 HB).
AlSi7Cu2Mn0,5; Artificial aging ( normally achieved hardness > 90 HB(up to 110)).
